I've only ever seen one LG bag in TK and even that wasn't a very wearable one. It was canvas and £80 even in there. If you keep an eye on her website after Christmas, many bags go down, then down, then down. I got one last year and ended up paying £80 for an originally £395 bag. If I'm being honest I wouldn't have dreamt of paying £80 for a bag never mind nearly £400, but I had Christmas money so that was okay. It's very well made but 80 quid is about right for it.

Not for me. I never carry a shoulder bag. In fact I don't even own one. I like handbags or small cross body bags. My first job was working for an Orthopaedic Surgeon and back specialist and he was so anti shoulder bags that I've never owned one since. I was young and impressionable at the time ... clearly!

I had a fab bargain on her site last year too. Trying not to pay full price since I got my 'used' one. Do love them but I am in sensible mode at the moment! Hoping there will be a pre-xmas sale in store.

I agree about shoulder bags. I have teeny weeny shoulders and always struggle to find bags to stay on. It's a right pain. I also like cross body or 'hand' bags. And funnily enough, when I used to see a chiropractor years ago he put my issues down to overloaded school/college bags

Watched a US documentary years ago and it was the school rule that back packs had to be worn double strapped on the back, none of this hanging off one shoulder and lockers compulsory use to prevent taking unnec. books home. The principal said the wearing of the back pack properly obv. was to prevent damage to vulnerable spines and also ruled out being considered a geek/wally. Sensible chap. Statistics were rattled off regarding the loadbearing children were having to endure. Frightening.

Finally got the winter floral wanda - I've been checking it frequently and nearly weakened at £249 (eep!) and they lopped another £100 off! It's my "rubbish-xmas-presents-again" consolation gift to myself! Now I just need and outfit...oh well!

I am loving the Carmella myself but I spent £140 at the weekend on a Ted Baker handbag, it was reduced from £200 so I SAVED loads LOL Now trying to justify buying another quite so soon. Oh I wish it was a couple of weeks time then it wouldnt be quite as soon and also on a new credit card bill!

Fill it with tissues, til receipts and other rubbish before you hide it in the wardrobe, then when you take it out it looks lived-in!

I got this too! I loved it when I first saw it but even if I had loads of money I don't think I could have paid full price - I wouldn't have dared take it out!

A girl after my own heart I always think "What the eye doesn`t see the heart won`t grieve over".....they just don`t understand do they?

I don`t think I could justify spending so much on a bag though....but if you can afford it and you like them I don`t see anything wrong in it, wouldn`t do for us all to like the same thing!! Being retired I expect a full outfit for that these days !! lol
I make it a mission to spend as least as possible whilst trying to stay stylish and well dressed!

My Carmella came today - it is LOVELY. It was also very well packed - loved the tissue paper too miss molly. I am sure this will be the first of many as the quality is fab. It was also a very quick delivery.
