Yes, there are bargains to be hand but some of these are a joke. £5 off a £40+ item doesn't do it for me. And then again, last clicks should mean just that, but they bring the prices down time after time even on last clicks if they aren't selling. Am I surprised? Hmmm... I'll have to think about that one.

I've bought stuff on LC many times, then found he price decreased further.

I wanted to buy something on LC about a month ago. It was a very good price, even compered to buying elsewhere.

But I waited in the hope of a lower price but it sold out, so I am kicking myself.

NB it was a very high-tech rechargeable torch with built in phone charger, extremely well made (I'd bought one at full price, wanted another to give as a gift).

most of my browsing is done in LC so I know a lot of the stuff by heart it has been there so long.

Personally I have never found the LC price reducing once it is in there, but that could be the sort of stuff I'd be interested in.

Just this weekend I was noting that some of the LC reductions were so low and in 1 or 2 cases the actual amount on the video was less than the LC price as the amount it is reduced by is the full Q price which it was never actually sold at.

Sometimes I would be interested in bits and pieces but once you add the postage any notion of buying goes out the window.
Rather than EP I think a postage deal would shift them like wildfire.

Dont you just laugh at the banner urging us to be quick before they go - some of the stuff has been there since pussy was a kitten. Thinking Beth Terell here and that stripped blazer.

Whenever I go to Last Clicks and see something heavily reduced, it means only extra large or tiny sizes are left or the most horrendous colours in the clothing.Thats why I no longer bother.

I got a short Yong Kim jacket (not crumpled but in weighty Ponte fabric) a few years ago when they had pages of £10 fashion in LC. I also got my first (but not the last ) Birkenstocks for a tenner, and might never have tried the brand at the full prices. They should run their clearance items like falling price auctions, knocking off a few pennies per day until they sell.

I agree with Donna and Akimbo on this one: easy pays and falling price auctions - that's the way to really sell clearance stuff; just taking a few quid off doesn't work.

I bought bare minerals large pot of gossamer and brush in LC at weekend, was nearly half price.
If I get any hint it has been used, I will be complaining.

I got few things in last clicks including beauty and they were just fine .I have shopped with qvc for more than a decade and other than a shawl that was maybe seen and not liking sent it back ,I have never got any used products .Maybe just lucky .At times I have few things missing like a nail varnish or a mix up but they made sure another was sent direct from the company .

Years ago you used to be able to search LC on size/colour but no longer so you waste a lot of time only to find what is actually on offer is black and an odd size.

I agree, with clothing, most of it is in LC because the sizes are severely limited.
I have never received any used items, maybe tried on, but my mother had a Gtech machine with dirt in it - clearly used, but customer services replaced it without any problems.
I have to say, customer services are always very polite to me - maybe I'm a " Special Platinium" customer as I buy too much - they daren't upset me as they need my custom !

It's been a long while since I've bought anything in last clicks. When I did, I had some excellent finds (Birkenstocks and Nina Leonard) and a lot of stuff that went straight back to QVC.
