Judith Williams TSV

I am coming to the end of my more expensive moisturiser (LE superskin), and money is tight so I have also been tempted by this range. In particular the night cream and neck and decollete cream, so I would be interested in opinions on them. Judith's neck is amazing and I don't think you can have fillers there (correct me if I am wrong).

Initially I thought the Long Life Beauty Neck and Decollete cream in the pink range had improved the texture of my neck but I'm still using it every day and I still have some turkey skin. Perhaps I've got fussier.
I use the Micro Phytomineral 24hour all in one day and night cream (in purple container) every day and it is fine for my face. I like the smells of both of them but smell is quite a personnal preference. I'm using the eye serum in the Long Life beauty range (pink container) and not too impressed by it. I liked the clinique eye serum I was using before more.

Just started using the serum from the pink range and am not that impressed was using an M&S one before that I preferred.

Really, I've only ever heard her say she's got a natural face with no work done, aren't QVC bound to do truthful selling?

Doesn't stop Lulu flogging her wares - I remember Dr. Denese was pulled off their shelves (she had work done) but I did really like her stuff - still on QVC in the USA.

I love Judith Williams skin care. I have been using the LLB restructuring serum, 3 drops underneath the moisturiser. I have to say that my 50 year old skin has never looked so smooth and plump and doesnt seem to dehydrate as the day goes on. I use the LLB eye cream too and love that also and has really improved the lines around the eye that go down on to the cheek (what are they called?) Anyway, I have being using it now for over a year and don't feel the need to try other things because my skin is happy!! Its taken a long time!! I also use the luxury diamond cleansing mouse with the brush which is wonderful and really cleans the pores and leaves skin feeling smooth as well. Dont be put off by the smell when you first open the LLB day cream, its seems quite strong at first when you take the seal off, but then it is quite mild and pretty.

No, she has that very very smooth look which make me think skin peels etc.

Never had a skin peel in my life & my skin is smooth. I am really lucky as good genes. My Mum still has great skin at 85 AND with severe dementia. My Grandfather had fabulous skin & so did his Father.

"It's not because I am a celebrity"...is she? Who is she?!!

From mobile, please excuse any silly errors!! :)

I'm not one for falling for beauty spiel but her skin is absolutely amazing!!! Mind you, how long has she been doing skincare? She has probably had a really good routine with good products for years before this range was developed.

Isn't she a fan of facial exercises? Or am I thinking of someone else?!

I'm quite intrigued by facial exercises. The theory seems to make sense.

I dont use the phytomineral range, but my skin loves her LLB products. Really has made a difference. I agree though the TSV saving is pitiful, but I do think it is good value for what you are getting and imo her stuff is good quality and compares well with all the highly priced products that QVC sell, which I have also tried (IMO obviously!) I wasnt aware she had had work done - are you sure?

Same here re the LLB range, and I have extremely sensitive skin. I have used elemis PCMC, which I love, and the JW range compares favourably to it. I have to be totally convinced by a product before I will use it on a permanent basis and the JW range certainly suits my skin, although I use Emma Hardie also. I like Judith herself, too, and do not think she is trying to con any of us at all. We do have freedom of choice, however, so if for any reason we are not impressed by either her or her skincare, we don't have to buy it.

My father was an exceptionally vain man and did facial exercises for most of his adult life - he looked like a tortoise out of its shell by retirement age.

My honest problem is that I really really like her - she's bubbly and friendly and doesn't talk nonsense. But then she has the sort of sales patter that almost made her clothes look like something I should buy! So I'm wary of buying just because I like her and she looks good, which doesn't say anything about whether her products are going to be any good for me.

I'm in my early thirties with oily skin/big pores around my nose but getting wrinkles around my eyes and I think my favourite thing at the moment are actually Aldi's serums.

I don't need a new routine or products. My skin is excellent. I think it was her pinging her skin to demo elasticity that threw me off course for a moment. I fancied the oil but you can try jojoba or one of the drier oils, even make your own mix. In fact, I have a really old Liz Earle book about vital oils, and she also swears by them in her current book. I suspect this has a larger part to play in her hobbit like cherubic shiny cheeks than her range ;)

does anyone remember that woman who was about 110 with dyed black hair who used to speak without moving her mouth like a ventriloquist. she used to flog a book of facial exercises. i think she used to have another woman on with her - probably to translate.

I think it's Eva Fraser, was she ever selling her book/video on QVC?

yes - in the days when we actually got variety. i thnk it was only the book but not sure. must have been over 10 years ago and i thought she was in her 80s then! she used to stick her face out at an angle and then speak without moving it. was bizarre.

I bought the last TSV and like you said, the quantities were very large and I used it for a while, then had a break out, too late to send back, so had to bin it all. never again.
Just using up the last Gat TSV, which is ok, nothing sensational, then going back to Alpha H.

I remember her, she used to do the rounds of the daytime tv shows demonstrating those exercises. She looked very odd trying to talk without moving her mouth, the idea being that the less you moved your face the less it would wrinkle. Better to be normal and have a few wrinkles than look like that.
