so are they leggings or jeggings, they look like leggings to me. I wear legins with dresses over I have some lacy ones, shiny ones and slashed up ones. Although those ideal world ones are a bit long and rather bogus.

I think they're called jeggings cause they're supposed to look like they're really tight jeans, so the they're a cross between jeans and leggings = jeggings!
