Funnily I dislike hard boiled eggs (and particularly hate them in a pork pie) yet I enjoy an egg and onion/cress sandwich, maybe it’s the mayo that helps?

I agree, that is one of my favourites. Very tasty.

I do to. I live in my own now so they are perfect. I usually get them when hey are just over a £1.00 each then freeze some.
