You saying that, if a person was old fashioned and ONLY did their buying with a non-smart phone and the TV, it gives them a LOT they've missed out on. If you think about it, says he thinking mid sentence, some people might like the more unusual items. Not always wanting, or being able to afford, the 'top 5' and if they can't access, or don't know about the website, that's a lot of possible custom the channel has lost.
