Still waiting on the Ijoy. I dont see what the point is in Ideal world having a estimated delivery date really as it has not arrived on that date the 11th it said, delivery is anyones guess. It would be good if they could give you a tracking number so you can track it on line. Apparently Parcelnet are now Hermes. Anyway trying to decide if to do my garden grass round the back yet or not as wondering if the parcel will come todayand dont know if they would put card through, Also want to go to town tomorrow but wonder if I should stop in in case my Ijoy arrives, yet you cant live your life round deliverys lol.
Deliveries, that’s the one thing I loath about mail order shopping, because you have to be on guard for the delivery, not to mention put your plans on hold. Parcelnet/Hermes, they wouldn’t know what to do with a tracking number.:11::56:
How often do you go on yours Jasper and for how long at a time.
I’ve finally managed to progress past the lowest setting on the iJoy, and am now on the auto setting. Although I feel like a jockey when it switches to the high setting. Thankfully I don’t need to warm down any more, as my muscles have gotten use to the workout. I seriously believe the iJoy has saved me from needing future hip and knee surgery.:51::21:
Try planks - they are GREAT for your core (and can work your arms too) and you don't need to do as many as you would with crunches.
Those planks look a bit severe too,:8: that’s why I’m all about exercises that involve sitting down.:1::4:

Like the look of the Gravity Force Trainer, I better look away before it gets too tempting.:52:

That made me laugh a jockey, but thats brilliant that you feel it saved you from hip and knee surgery.

yes the gravity is absolutley brilliant piece of equipment.

I'm working this morning but keeping my fingers, legs and eyes(!) crossed for today. Meanwhile....

Poor Dazzler awaits her IJoy
(Which we hope will prove more than a toy),
Once she's plugged in that lead
And mounted her steed
She'll be off like the clappers..OH BOY!!

Hi Fairynuff.
I got up at 8.00 just in case and am bobbing up and down looking out the window for delivery, No joy though!!!!

Love the Rhyme, have a good day at work.

I thought bobbing up and down was what you did on the Ijoy ? maybe you don't need one after all Dazzy :D

lolo, Bobbing up and down to look out the window snoops, I keep hearing banging and think someones at my door but its my neightbour doing some garden work lol.

Think I need to forget I ordered this Ijoy and it comes when it comes because I have just found some bad reviews on the net on the delivery and someone said that they did not arrive on the estimated delivery date, that is was 10 days after that so it was a month in total!!! Dont usually order from them but this Ijoy was a good price then anywhere else.

Update - I rang Parcelnet company and a very nice lady had a look for my delivery although I have not got a tracking number. She was able to have a look for it for today and tomorrow by my postal code but nothing was there but said if I get the tracking number from the company then she could trace it that way. So i rang ideal world, they could not give me the tracking number as I am not the account holder ( hubby is) but she did say delivery is anytime up to the 18th may as its coming from the manufactor. So that will be Monday. I need a cup of tea now.

Poor old Dazzler, how frustrating for you. I hate hanging around like this for something I'm really looking forward to.

Argey xx

You can track a delivery via Parcelnet/Hermes here if you have a tracking number:

https://www.myhermes.co.uk/wps/portal/PN_CTR/

Hermes are moving towards using HHTs (Hand held terminals like wot DHL/UPS use) by September this year, sooner in some areas, so once that is in place, any parcel should be able to be tracked online :)

Thats the problem ideal World wont give me a tracking number as I am not the account holder so hubby has to ring, he aint got time lol. Thanks anyway. I did notice you could track online.

I know, not impressed. Am just going to get on with my life and watch it arrive when Im out but its tough :4:

PS I do hope you get it soon!

Problem is with heavy stuff, Hermes sometimes try and do it "on the cheap" and send it to the home couriers to deliver (for 45p) instead of the man on the van (employed by Hermes and costs them much more!)....and if the couriers are sensible, they will send it back as it's not in their remit to deliver large goods underpaid - and the parcels basically play the hokey cokey for a week as Hermes keep sending them to the courier, who then returns them - until Hermes to the decent thing and send it out on a van.

sorry Dazzler, I didn't mean to aim it at you - someone had mentioned Hermes didn't do tracking numbers which isn't strictly true :2:

Aw dont worry Lottie i know you was not aiming it at me. You are right hermes do a tracking system.
