It was about a week and it came by snail mail in a padded envelope not by courier.. Must admit it`s really nice.

I ordered on the 1st March. Mine arrived today but unfortunately my padded envelope was empty. The envelope was torn so I assume it fell out in transit. I have emailed them, hope you receive yours soon.

I’m still going to use it obviously, just wondered if yours was the same.

Mine was unboxed and in a padded envelope. Also without a cap but the pump was locked. I had to turn the top of the pump to open it.

Mine only came today so I’ve only used it once but I really like it based on one use. My skin has been really bad since last year, it’s really dry and flaky (assuming because of the cold weather) so fingers crossed that it helps. Thanks again for the tip Vienna.
