I would rather spend the money on something which could be used year round rather than a week at Christmas.

Celebrating Christmas buying everything from QVC would see you in the bankruptcy court.

Not that I was interested in buying them, but I did catch a few minutes of the initial show and couldn’t believe how huge they were. There’s no way I’d buy a huge glass bauble, or a huge glass anything, to put on the floor. I don’t have any pets or toddlers but I can imagine that the combination of those plus glass could be a bit “iffy.” Had they been MUCH smaller (2-3” diameter maximum) I might have been interested because they could go on a shelf or mantelpiece, but I guess the number of lights inside would be minimal in that instance so that wouldn’t be practical.

Its too expensive. Its too big. Its too fragile. Luckily for me I frequent the dreaded high street regularly.QVC is for the wealthy not the likes of me.

You’d need a tree the size of the one in Trafalgar Square to accommodate an enormous bauble like that.
