I was suprised she was allowed to front this brand, as QVC would not let Lorraine former SBC guest bring her range of products!

But Heather isn't representing a rival brand. I imagine, should she have gone to work for OPI or Leighton Denny, matters might have been different. I believe the issue with Lorraine was, not only did they not choose to stock her own brand, it would have been a direct rival to SBC.
