Halo packaging

I've had problems with mine too - the catch hasn't closed properly since about 2 weeks after I got it. However, as mine sits in the drawer when I'm not using it it doesn't worry me too much!

My catch broke very quickly, but the powder is fine and I use it every day. A bit of a pain though when travelling.

Isn't it funny because when I started this thread thought might just be me

If we don't report it back to QVC / Smashbox then everyone will go on thinking the packaging is fine when it obviously needs tweaking....

My catch broke within a fortnight - and I'd only opened it four times! A week later the hinge went!! It had only ever sat on my dressing table.

I've had a YSL powder in the same packaging that I did keep in my bag and that's still going strong (the powder isn't as good as Halo, though).

I might try the EA one next as I do like the delivery. I wonder if the powder's the same - anyone know?
