Goodbye QVC

I could count on one hand the number of things I have purchased in the last 2 years in comparison with weekly parcels when I first watched. Again I don’t think I received obviously returned items but CS was awful for the few complaints I did have (all cut and paste and that bugs the t**s off me in any organisation) .

If you aren’t into endless beauty Q have nothing to offer.

The clothes (won’t call them fashion) are ridiculous prices for the quality as is often said Primark quality JLP prices for tat most of which none of us would be seen dead in.

I think that we are seeing a very slight edging towards a change in p&p policies but it will just be added to the already extortionate base price.

I don’t even bother watching now as who the heck wants to watch banshee presenters and “stoilists” for recreation.

I will indeed find QVC HQ and send them an email, however, apologises will not make me use QVC again as I have had enough....As for Hermes, from now on, I will make sure that any company I order from is NOT using them as had so much grief with them, and yes, I did send a strongly worded email to the top as they were forging my signature and also making up where they left it (i.e., in a concealed porch, when I do not even have a porch!)

A lot of people have problems with Hermes but must admit ours is brilliant.

I returned a couple of items recently and asked for the original p & p to be refunded. However, on one item they did not do so. I had to chase it up, and received no reply from them, so emailed the Chief Exec's Office. Then had a snotty reply back saying it had been refunded. It eventually was, but there was no apology for the fact that they had not given it back originally. You have to watch them like hawks regarding refunding the original p & p.

P & P on every item ordered is ridiculous, but I guess they won't change unless they have to, and reading some of the posts on facebook, the amount of products that some of them buy every day from QVC, endless beauty products by the sounds of things, I can't see it happening too soon.

I see a lot of you on here have been in touch with the CEO's office. Don't bother with this country, some of you may remember I went to the very top in the US last year, and received instant replies, so if enough complain from this country to the top bods across the pond, then they wont like it. The CEO UK can feed back anything he likes to his paymasters in the US, - even better would be to cc him, then he can see he has been by-passed to God at the top !

'Questionable Variable Calamitous' There is an ever growing list of things wrong with them & I put sending out soiled clothing at the top. Unless we have all our clothes made for us or see something brand new taken out of packaging the chances are any garment we buy may have seen someone else's body - ewwww. However, there is a huge difference between a try on in a changing room & buying something so obviously dirty. Those who abuse the returns policy of any company should not be accepted back & if the item is then sent out to an unsuspecting customer the company has compounded the action. I've only received one very obviously worn outfit from them, it was a dress that had been repaired & my complaint did result in a £25 credit. I totally agree with all the comments about the Q living on past glory days, they will start their 25 years celebrations soon with lots of silver themed stuff but if they don't up their game it may well be their last big celebration.

I always get suspicious of fashion when, although the item looks professionally folded up in the poly bag - except Kim & Co that is just chucked in - its the scrap of crumpled tissue that does it for me. It always looks old and an afterthought, rather than a brand new piece that's got a bit crinkled in the post.
