never thought to be saying this!

The Centigrade coat which I washed and now cannot dry because it is completely sodden - wrote to the CEO as instructed by CS - and it is already showing as returned on my account although it is still sitting in my shed awaiting disposal instructions from QVC.

Perhaps this is not the first complaint they have had!

Which Centigrade coat is that, I have a long shearling coat so hoping its not that as haven't washed it yet!
