I've ordered Eyesential before and so am more than satisfied with the prompt delivery. Last time it took a couple of weeks, but as that was some time ago hopefully this means that IW are 'getting their act together.'

I do order things from them from time to time and am lucky because I've never had any problem with them. Even a couple of returns went through quickly and the money re-appeared in my account fairly quickly. I usually order online which means I'm not put through to India though.

However, now that the novelty of getting freeview has worn off I'm far more discerning in my purchases. Finding this forum has also helped because of the links to alternative suppliers etc etc.

I still find ordering online a lot faster though. Even with their new automated process it seemed to take ages and by the time I'd finished pressing the keys on my phone I've almost forgotten what I'd ordered. :33: whereas online it's a case of log in, order and log off as my details are saved.
