Do you think a good slap may just knock some fashion sense into him do you think!!??:33:
I saw the infamous red shoes tonight. Not a good look are they? Bless him...:2:
I spose it's better than 'fat birds'.:11:
I really don't mind that he refers to older women ( like me) as 'of a certain age'. It must be a minefield trying not to upset everybody/anybody on a shopping channel.
I rather like Glen, meself. Dunno why. Maybe it's a deep admiration for trying to make half the tat he sells sound exciting.
I have no problem with being referred to as a woman of a certain age, much better than being called middle-aged or menopausal!! I also prefer to think of myself as carrying a little weight around my tummy than being fat. If people dislike him, his appearance and his words so much then don't watch him.
He had white ones on tonight, maybe he has a pair of every colour!!:6:
I used to think Glen was a bit of a plum, no pun intended.:32: But now I'm starting to find him quite endearing. Strange I know, but I think it's because he says stuff like 'rock the cardi', and he has questionable fashion sense.<a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZSfox000%2526i%253D36%252F36%255F11%255F6%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_11_6.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D36%252F36_11_6%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a>Liken prunes to a nice firm YOUNG juicy plum................................ I find Glens "Glen-isms" quite funny, I think its because he thinks they're so on trend.:1:Yes, we do have to thank him for 'rock the cardi', a modern classic
He probably hasn't left QVC Towers, he might be camping out in his dressing room. Waiting in anticipation to turn up on the Birkenstock hours.:32:And we should get many more "Glen-isms" tomorrow - they won't be able to keep him out of QVC Towers with a Birkenstock TSV happening.
Topaz the phrase he uses is not "a woman of certain age" it is "a woman of age" - meaning older woman. .
Apologies for misquoting him but I still prefer that to the other options.
