Dear Lord, just switched to see THE most awful outfit on the older model Sara. It's a Marla Wynne 407778 jacket in white. Words failed me as it was described as "looking fabulous on Sara...". The baggy sleeves way past her hands -- too tight on the back -- worn with white jeans and black boots.

Who in their right mind ...... ?

It was a fun hour watching the Marla sale the other day. One after the other, each get-up was even more amusing. Could the next one be worse? Yes, it was. Obviously pieces that didn’t sell well or were returned. Badly fitting or weirdly shaped pieces of clobber kept coming out and Melissa sailed through describing each one as 'fab' or 'brilliant.' Will Marla be the next brand to leave the sinking ship? I imagine Ashwood is out the door and maybe Nina Leonard.

If I fancy a good laugh, I’ll watch a Marla Wynn hour. Shapeless, expensive clothes. I actually feel sorry for the stylists having to “style” the models. The clothes remind me of what I made my dollies when I was a child and before I learnt how to use paper patterns and sew properly. IMHO Melissa must be well paid to praise the range, be a good actress or totally disillusional,

She's in it for what she gets paid, I would say. She'd be willing to rattle on about any range of clothes. I don't have faith in her opinions any more.

Brissles I so agree with you as I saw this too. I often wonder what these dressers are thinking when they decide which outfits the models must wear. I am utterly convinced Melissa is on an excellent salary.

Just briefly (I can assure you) tuned in to CVQ this morning and saw this larger breasted woman (they usually are - women, I mean) in a Jockey bra. Didn’t look like anything Willie Carson would have worn. Then, I thought back decades and weren’t Jockey a firm that manufactured pants for men? I didn’t even know they still existed. Anyway, a Jockey bra has a similar ring to it as a pair of Playtex underpants or a Gossard jock strap…Good job they didn’t have the Technology ‘Expert’ covering for a retail area he presumably knows nothing about. You wouldn’t want him walking and talking you through those melon holders… Let alone giving you the grand tour…

'Melon holders'? It's a joke, I realise, but not a good joke.
