Fab! A company with an interest in environmental issues; they've found a use for the EU net curtain mountain. Job well done Together! :mysmilie_3:

That looks like the crinkly stuff that stretches after a few wears & washes. You start off with a size 12/14 & end up with a size 22/24.

I find that crinkly style is too stiff and rather than flow over the body (a la Q presenter speak) it sort of pokes out IYKWIM

I know there was a sleeved version of this as a tsv, but I also thought this sleeveless had been one as well before.

This lace looks cheap, scratchy and disgusting. I can't see this thing flattering many people. There's not many of us like our arms, unless we're called Jill Franks!

I bet the fabric plucks like hell and will end up resembling the cat`s blanket when she kneads it with her claws.

Well we've got a TSV launch coming shortly: "Fashion by Together." Maybe they should rename it " Fashion for Fuddy-Duddies," or "Nylon Nightmares?" I predict a 60-minute cringe-a-thon that will be: "Fashion with Franks at the Witching / Twitching Hour." On the she screen she will appear, baring her bony shoulders in a garment sourced from the Flashdance wardrobe from 1984 or whenever it was, the "number 11" lines doing their own little workout as she pains to feign her "sincere" look (complete with her trademark "tout pout" as she tells us just how she simply couldn't live without this / that particular offering of whatever cheap tat they're paying her to flog. The 'phone lines will be "literally melting" more than her caked-on make-up as her face gradually resembles a melting candle.

Seems what we got at Midnight was beige and had a crinkle effect - so was the top she was wearing! Nothing too horrific. A slight step up from Michele Hope, I'd say.

I think JF is miss selling this top as it appears its quite fitted on her when in fact the XS size is 41.6 so no way would be so close fitting on her tiny frame .. it looks quite a loose fit on the size 10 models. She always does this with tops no matter what the style is !!

I thought that! Deborah Ann and other smaller model were wearing size smalls (not xs) but even they looked tighter than I could believe given the supposed chest measurement even if Deborah Ann who is bigger busted... I did wonder if the sizing were correct? I often buy an XS (NOT from qvc I hasten to add!!) and the bust size can be 34 inches!

As for Jill, her tsv top was sooo pulled in at the back - with bull dog clips I presume as usual! - it looked quite different as you say - it even had a kind of crease/fold under the bust area. I do find it odd that they put her on tsv shows when the garment doesn't remotely fit her and you know for a fact she wouldn't be seen dead in it despite what lies she may tell!
The Nina Leonard maxi dress (argh!) was another case in point. Again she had it pulled in I think and again it looked wrong!

Yes just had a look and you can tell the top is clipped back on JF, just shows you what pull presenters have if she's allowed to alter the whole look of a garment they're selling, quite misleading really. I've noticed in the past she seems to detest anything that has that loose look about to it.

She's probably trying to avoid the "potato sack on a lollystick" look, that's all.

Jill Franks telling a fib right at the start "great brand and only available at QVC" maybe the TSV is but it's not what she said.

What really annoys me is when the designer who states they are petite in stature comes on wearing the dress/trousers which fit perfectly in length and say I'm in a ..... when in actual fact when you get it home it needs about a foot taken off the bottom because they have obviously had their's made to measure.

Even just looking at the 6ft models where it is floor length in heels I scream at the TV when it is the same length on a 5ft 2" designer. Grr

At least with the new NL lady you know exactly what it looks like on a larger lady unlike the young plus (16/18?????) model who is tall, in proportion, and above all FIRM.
