Was rather pleased with myself today as I picked up a pair of EMU Carmila moccasins for about £22 from Amazon incl free delivery. They are £82 plus £5.95 on QVC. I notice that EMU prices on Amazon are much better. A local (and more upmarket) shoe shop has started stocking EMU but they are not the usual stinger boots - they seem to more designer looking, rather than the bog-standard Ugg-style boot, yet still being an Ugg-style boot. Quite pricey though. Nowt much under £180 a pair and my Jolie slippers (another Amazon bargain for about £24) were £60. I wonder whether they'll get complaining customers returning the boots because they are prone to bagging (unlike UGG Australia boots). Hmmmm.

I've just got 2 pairs of boots from Amazon, the Alba and the Prairie Lo, one purple and mushroom. I've ebayed some of my beauty stash and used some birthday money so guilt free lol! Also as these are the Hi sort of boots, I won't be able to get them over my dancers calves, aka my fat legs, (not limited to the Emu's unfortunatley) so it'll save me some pennies!!!
