Sorry, GC - not much of a photographer, don't even have a camera! Have to get one, I suppose....
There is/was definitely another one (at least) of those bracelets. After I ordered it and my order was shipped, I suddenly remembered I had a 10% discount code, so I phoned PS and got another one of the same design for the same price, but this time with 10% off! (The first one went back, of course.)

I think when Gems first started selling RS, someone posted the link for rainbowsapphire.com, and the general concensus was that they were the supplier.
I know when I had my necklace made by BKK, I found a design I liked and Trent 'replicated' it for me. I also remember mentioning to him the JM collection on IW.
I think they all probably 'take inspiration' from other designs the see.
