I've been waiting 2 weeks for a refund from C & C. I had emails saying that the refund had been authorised but no refund. Today I had a tel call from Customer Services requesting my card details as they couldn't make a refund otherwise. Wait for it - They could refund the postage to the card I'd used but not the item. They seem to be going from bad to worse.
