Why do Qvc fail to refund orig p&p when orders are cancelled correctly quoting DSR. They always don't refund unless you chase them up. It is getting on my nerves. Is there a body i can complain too.

I'm glad I'm not the only one this happens to. I email them using their contact form to cancel, always requesting refund plus original p&p. I also write it on the returns slip next to refund. Then, I always have to contact them again to chase  If so many people are having to do it, it makes me think that they're trying to get away with it, as not everyone will chase it.

Snap it seems shady to me they wait for people to chase Grrrrrrrrr

Me, three! I followed up 2 this week for £3.95 and £4.95. Did exactly as Capirossi says. Wrote follow-up email about first refund, no reply for 2 days then they wrote asking for item number, which of course, they already had. I thought, hmm delaying tactics, so I rang them. Now, I keep total amount of each refund owing in note section on mobile, handy to see. 1.told in writing in email, and 2.told on returns slip yet we need to remind them a third time. Sheeesh!

i always have to chase them up.

I've been led to believe that when QVC receive your parcel back, they scan the barcode on the sticky label. Then its all chucked in one place - whether thats another room,a skip lol,I don't know. The parcels are then opened at a later date.

I think this is why we never get our P&P back.Firstly because the first process is just scanning the item back in - and secondly we all know that returned items and parcels are not checked thoroughly!!!! so when its opened, its literally a quick flick through it.

The next parcel I send back,I'm going write on the front of the parcel - sent back under DSR,and see if that makes a difference.

Thats my take on it all anyway!!!

Its not just under DSR but if I return a faulty item 9 out of 10 times
I do not get P&P back without phoning them

I think RD is right, they dont look at the invoices when you send the stuff back
because even if you ask for a replacement they just give you a refund, usually minus the P&P.

I have had the same thing happen to me as well. Very annoying. Thanks all for the tips. I will now make a note on my phone so I don't forget the total amount owed to me.
