I don`t know what anyone thinks but if I was selling my jeans I wouldn`t want some of the models looking like they had been `poured` into the jeans especially the lighter coloured ones The fit is similar to shape wear they are so tight and just can`t be comfortable !! They are certainly using all that extra stretch they keep going on about ...... and I find Jane lifting her tops up all the time to wiggle a little embarrassing !!

I was thinking exactly the same thing. These jeans are so tight on the legs that they look like medical strapping. Pork sausages come to mind.

The model that is Catherine's moum always looks dreadful in the Diane Gilman jeans! Her legs are heavy and they don't flatter her in any way. I think she has quite an average normal shape and she is just proving what the majority of us would look like ie.shocking!

I wish they would use Jane for other ranges as she is much more representive of the average Q viewer in age and shape. Instead of all of the models being 6 foot size 8/10 or occasionally Joy who is totally unlike anyone I know, I think we are all in agreement that there should be petite, tall, short, slim, not so slim and plus. This would really cut down on returns since we wouldn't order the things in the first place

I have no criticism of the models shapes its the stylists dressing them that want a lesson in different body shapes and what suits what!! I`d love to see them in jeans two sizes bigger as I`m sure that would be more fitting to their sizes and not look yes like pork sausages!!

I have quite 'heavy' legs and find the jeans I chose from DG don't look that tight. I think it may be more to do with sizing than styling.

I have very heavy legs and have several pairs of DG and they are fine because I checked the measurements against my measurements and didn't listen to the twaddle of both DG and others. Any I have had problems with are purely down to the measurements not being anywhere near as stated.

DG jeans are generous in the thigh... I think the models may just have gone for the smallest size they could squeeze into.

I think DG Jeans should have the "jeans" part in quotes. They share nothing in common with normal jeans - the fabric is most definitely not denim in the normal sense of the word and there's basically too much stretch in them, so they end up like leggings masquerading as jeans.
