But do we know where he qualified? Was it from some establishment in Paris with links to couture houses, a New York 5th Avenue affiliated educational college, or a school over a kebab shop in one of the rougher parts of London?

Of course Me Hall is qualified I think he took a course in his lunch break, and I mean look at Alison Young, she likes to believe she's a qualified beauty expert even though she's never shown any actual qualifications live on air.............they let you be anything you like in QVC land.
