Everything no matter how small come via Hermes, they don't use Royal Mail so here's the order the emails come in
1. Confirmation of order
2 flexi pay schedule
3 it's left the warehouse
4 the email were you can track the item.......there should be a link in blue
5 an email to say it's on it's way.......also able to be tracked
You can also track the item from your account when it's been despatched. Hope this is a help.
