Hi, i have a couple of items in my basket that i am trying to decide on, and i know this is prob a bit of a daft question, but does anyone know how i can get the video thingey on them up?

I may be wrong but I don't think you can once they're in your basket. :33:

I haven't anything in my basket (and haven't for a long time) so can't check it out for you. I'm sure someone will be along soon who will be able to help.

There you go .. I said there'd be someone who could help! :D

It is a shame that the video disappears once the item is in your basket, but if there are still some left in stock,
hopefully Melusina's handy link will do the trick.

Anyway, as you know Gemdreamer, if you want any second opinions you have only to post the codes on here. :)

Thanks sacha. Didn't get the vid's to work, but never mind. I think i am def swaying more towards the tahitian pearl, but would like a second opinion.

the item numbers are: UTP1773, UGP3006 and UJJ9574

A very pretty threesome......

Hi again GD, let's see if these will work.....

Tahitian Pearl

Diamond WG Pendant

Heart Diamond WG Pendant

A bit of a dilemma Gemdreamer for you as they're all very pretty indeed. But I have TP pendant in WG and I do love wearing it as its a bit different from diamond / coloured gems stone jewellery. But often cost plays a part in these decisions....:53:......:33:

Sorry........still no videos working, perhaps someone else has a different link?

im choosing it as a pressie sacha, its for me, but my aunt wants me to choose something as a birthday pressie for myself. all 3 are in the price range she gave me. I want something special, to wear frequently too. :) thanks for putting the links up

Hi Gemdreamer,

I love the TP's but they do need looking after so perhaps for frequent wear that you don't have to worry about (perfume, etc), you'd probably be better off with one of the diamond options.

Argey x

So sorry the link didn't work gemdreamer.:sadsmilie: I've noticed a lot of diamond and pearl pieces don't have videos attached to them. All three look lovely though and would go with almost everything. What a nice Aunt you have and whatever you choose will have great sentimental value. Good luck deciding.

Fluff - now if we can just find you a perfect Paraiba we could get your basket filled up! :54: What was that I just saw? lol

I've given up on ever getting a perfect PT, Melusina. Seeing a pig flying over my house is much more likely! :D

gemdreamer .... if it's something you want to wear on a daily basis then I would probably go for one of the diamond ones.

Have you seen any/all of them in live auction because it's awfully hard to make a decision based on a picture .... and Gems pics of diamond pieces are totally pants! :(

They're all lovely, gemdreamer. I do like the TP, but if it's for frequent wear, then I really like the square diamond pendant. I like the whole design, including that wide bail. Have fun choosing :)

i have been edging towards the pearl, but am concerned about wearing it daily.

At least as a pendant it's less likely to take knocks as long as the chain isn't too long. Perfume, in my experience, is the biggest problem. If you can be reasonably sure of not spraying it or putting on the pearl before any perfume has dried properly, you should be okay. There are specialist cleaners available to help keep it in good condition.

Sorry gd, I can't choose either!
Wish I had the dilemma though!
I really do like all 3, I think I edge towards the square diamond though - I do like a princess cut diamond, and I bought a very similar ring last year.
Hope you love whichever one you choose.

Easy peasy lemon squeezie on this one!

TP pendant - everybody is right. Not great for everyday wear AND you need to be aware of the damage that perfume can do. For occasional wear they're lovely but not everyday.

Square Diamond Pendant - love the design. Very unusual. Good carat weight and if it's the same price as the others, it's a no-brainer. I would be checking this one out. HOWEVER I'd first check the colour and clarity of diamonds used in the pendant. Baguettes, especially if the clarity isn't great show up all flaws.

Heart Pendant - looks wonky. Doesn't really look "substantial". If it's the same price as the square diamond pendant I'm gobsmacked and this will be seriously overpriced. There isn't really anything special about this one - it doesn't look unusual.

P.S. Once an item is in your basket you can't get a video link to work unfortunately.

Soooooooooooo diamond square pendant for everyday wear OR TP for occasional wear.

I'd check out both and get them home for a look (don't forget you have the 10% discount that Argey posted about).

the square diamond is the most expensive, £125, the heart diamond pendant is £75 and the pearl is £84. Think im edging towards the square diamond or the pearl. i tend to spray perfume once im out of the shower, before i get dressed and put jewellery on, so prob should be dry before i put pendants on. I do sometimes wear sunscreen on my neck/chest area, would that be a prob? also still looking at items as still have about a week or so to pick something.

Hi gemdreamer, must say I love the TP , I have one myself in a pendant and love it, like others have said just have to be a bit careful with perfume, just think Tp's are so different whereas sooo many diamonds around - anyway good luck choosing! let us know what you decide:1:
