D Green - Annoying

I like Craig. He seems a really nice genuine guy. I hated Daniel when he first arrived but he's improving all the time and I now almost find him watchable - not for a whole hour mind you as he still makes me cringe and the glare off that forehead is sometimes just too much to take!!

Bring back Greg and Max!

Now they were really irritating!

I thought Daniel was certainly at his best in the kitchen show. I recorded it out of interest, expecting not to like it, but I did. I've only watched about half of it but I thought Daniel allowed Simon plenty of airtime and I didn't think his mentioning his cheffing experience was anything other than relevant. Sometimes tv chefs make it all sound inaccessible for us mere mortals but with Daniel this was not the case. I'm not so keen on his jewellery/fashion presentation, but thought that this was clearly his forte.

I don't have a problem with Craig - never had had, seems like a nice person to me seems to think a lot about his sister.

As for Daniel sorry he gives the impression he's just out for what he can get from his time with QVC I maybe wrong just the impression I get.
For him improving I don't see that at all, only that he's always got someone on with him now to carry him along.
Which five years in shopping telly you wouldn't have to have that with the established presenters.
As for the weekend kitchen I hope sales justified all the hipe and expense to promote it.
Glad the some of the other presenters got involved with the cooking as it won't appear so bad when they have to take over.
All I can say is each of the presenters could have done what Daniel did in the show - don't need to be a TV chief for that.
A hug thank goodness for Simon Brown he held the hour together like a true professional on TV.
I did so like it how Daniel called him a chief not what I'd heard Simon refer to his own title before of a home economist.

What all the serving food to the guests seemed more like a waiter to me.
What about when he was all over the shop looking for a knife, going out of shot and the camera couldn't keep up with him.
Tea towel to wipe the pans out keep messing with the cooker hob and also nearly knocking things over.
Need I say anymore !!!!
I guess he didn't set the kitchen on fire that he's done previously before twice.

I'm not a Simon Brown fan but I'd rather watch him than Daniel. I have tried to watch him but I just can't.

I really am starting to think I'm the only person who actually likes him. Either that or I'm just feeling so sorry for him after all the comments on here!!

I like him too, whatever he does it is never right!

Yikes! I thought that too, but thought I was just being over judgemental. But if he thinks he can make a name for himself by appearing on QVC, he’d better get on the phone to Max Clifford, as he will need all the help he can get.

But to be fair to Daniel, the same could be said for a lot of QVC presenters! And presenters on other Shopping channels.:10: Call me cynical, but I always thought that was the reason why, people go into Shopping TV. Especially when you see presenters like Pipa, who think showing a bit of enthusiasm, consists of her obligatory yeah, yeah, yeah.

He made me smile when the camera caught him looking at his watch during the Quacker hour - then again - could you blame him?

I'm not keen on him at all. When I first saw him I didn't realise he'd been on QVC USA - he certainly didn't learn anything over there did he? He always looks like he's got too much product on his hair and he never seems to open his eyes when he is looking at the camera. He talks about his family which is OK but he certainly hasn't convinced me to buy anything from his shows yet.

dont like him much hes too smarmy,a bit like one of those stall sellers we have in the local shopping centre thinks hes it and can get any woman to buy anything , didnt see him on the cooking show thankfully, i didnt know he was a tv chef actully i had never heard of him before. i noticed he always lookes like he has his eyes closed

as far as I know it wasn't qvc us but another American shopping channel that's why he sometimes says "deal of the day" and not "today's special value"

Is that also the reason he says "while there are still some left in the inventory," instead of "while they're still in stock?" It just sounds a tad odd to me, or maybe I'm not posh enough. :33:

No that is odd, not sure Americans say that either, he leaves me cold - his presentation is dull really..he has annoyed me by going on and on about his daughter in craft shows, making it seem like craft is only for kids...:33:

He seems to try to talk while smiling broadly with his eyes shut...........gets on my wick!

I know what you mean, a cheeky wink and a smile, and they think they can get you to spend the contents of your purse.
Sometimes I feel bad for walking on by. <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZSfox000%2526i%253D36%252F36%255F11%255F6%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_11_6.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D36%252F36_11_6%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a>
