When someone asks a question on Amazon, if it's an item that I've bought, they'll send me an email asking if I know/can answer the question. That's a really handy feature actually because how often do you go back on a website and look at an item that you've already bought? Very rarely IMO unless there's a problem with it.
I'm confident that Q will have this feature eventually though, probably around 2037 I reckon.

I’ve used that question facility myself on Amazon and every time but one, at least one former buyer has answered. Like you, if I can answer a question about something I’ve bought, I do.

As early as 2037! I’ll be 6 ft under so too late for me to avail of it.
