I notice that several of those products have really poor reviews from buyers. Wouldn't it be more ethical of QVC to put them in outlet stores where people can at least see what they're buying, rather than allow us to lose our P&P when we have to return them - or lose the whole payment when we can't be mithered to return them and just chuck them in the bin?

How right clemenzina. I was about to press the 'buy' button for the frying pan and, thankfully, I read all the dreadful reviews. At almost £5 for the p&p I think I would have been stung. I had a Le Creuset cast iron frying pan years ago and think it would be worthwhile investing in one in the future. Some of the other gadgets on sale were potential dust-gathers and, let's face it, most of us have a few of these in our cupboards.

Do you mean the yoghurt, ice cream and popcorn makers - ooh also the various chopping gadgets and whisking things. Not forgetting the fondue sets.
