I'm really sorry to hear about your sister in law but I am pleased that the QVC CS rep was compassionate and understanding. I've done two returns before on the same day and the credits were several days apart. I hope that's tge case for you too.

Nice to hear something good about CS and Q - but a sad way to find out. Very sorry indeed for the sudden loss of your sister in law. It must be very hard.
