Glad you're going to get your refund, it can be a scary process! I'm finding that it takes 10 to 14 to be marked as returned and then another week before I get the email refund notice. I always use a signed for service so I can tell when they receive them and how long it all takes for the to do their bit. Not sure if they cut back on their staff but it never used to be this slow.
