Channel 16 has disappeared from my TV

I got a reminder to retune my Freeview set top box on 10th January because Film 4+1 was moving. I haven't bothered to do that yet but whenever I do more channels appear. I don't subscribe to Sky or Virgin etc because there's enough to watch on Freeview to keep me out of mischief and with the addition of Amazon Prime + the Firestick and Roku (a Christmas present a couple of years ago) I have more than enough channels to choose from.
