I have to agree that it’s certainly very dated. I am sure it’s cosy and comfortable to wear as that’s usually true of her clothing but this is so old fashioned really.

My late Mum had what she called a ‘housecoat’ like these in the 1960’s. From Brentford Nylons - she often produced sparks !

I tried a CH garment some time ago, it went straight back because I wondered what possessed me to pay so much to look like something from the last century.No doubt the quality is there but that isn’t enough to get a spark of interest out of me.

I've 2 pyjama sets from Carol Hochman that I've had for years. They wash really well and don't seem to go out of shape or lose colour. If this is a style you'd wear at least you know you're getting quality.

I agree they wash up beautifully. I’ve had a couple of pairs of pyjamas for years.
I might treat myself to this TSV if they have in my size but want to see live presentation to see what the patterns are like.

I remember my mum making me and my sis matching dressing gowns and hot water bottle covers in the 70s....very cute but pretty sure we were potential firestarters !

That would be much too warm for me in winter never mind summer. Picked a pretty gingham cami slip nightie in Primark yesterday,£10 and cotton.
