Thought you were going to say Andy Peters is on with Food Fest! :mysmilie_11::mysmilie_50::mysmilie_10:
I know it's not QVC related but,Jenny from Together mentioned it the other day. Anyone enjoying 'Appletree Yard' BBC1? It's really gripping, I only got into it on Jenny's say so. She's a great gal, only small but always looks stunning!
I think he is a slime ball and a fantasist! And he hasn't even offered her a clean surface to have *** on! It is fantastic TV though.
It is brilliant, I'm kind of wishing I'd read the book first, although that would obviously have spoilt the surprise. It's looking like he has targeted her to frame her for something, with how careful he has been not to leave any evidence, and there's obviously some significance to the street camera thing. The end of the first episode was so shocking, I'm even wondering whether he arranged that. The only thing I find a bit unrealistic is that, if she'd gone somewhere in a professional capacity in the middle of the day (i.e. no alcohol involved), she'd have shagged him that quickly, although I know it can and does happen, and she wasn't putting out at home. Loving Unforgotten and Silent Witness, too, it's all about Winter telly.

I bought the book for my kindle this week after watching the first two episodes. I know it might be considered strange to be reading and watching at the same time but they somehow compliment each other as I visualise the characters when reading and gathering thoughts and background to what I've already watched. I've only had two niggles so far, her husband is described as a big man in the book but not in the TV drama and the dress she wore to the party was nothing like the long sleeved black number described in the book.It is brilliant, I'm kind of wishing I'd read the book first, although that would obviously have spoilt the surprise. I haven't watched it yet, recorded it. I have just finished reading the book though.
