Thanks for the info I didn't realise it was coming direct.

Boris, I don't know about the dates but I cannot see it "going off" and while you may have to fiddle a bit with the liquid, half a packet should work ok.

We always ate it all, but I did give some away and the recipents seemed to appreciate it.

We bought some a year or two ago and I seem to remember the packs having a very long date on them.
