well i know i have no use for bluetooth so would never pay for that feature as i just wouldnt use it

The point is SCW that other brands have the same quality sound and features as the Bose, plus bluetooth, for a lower price. It's not about whether you need it or not, it's about price comparison and longevity of the product to ensure it is suitable for the way technology is moving in the present and future.

I'm thinking of buying the Bose Soundtouch 10 (as on Q today) to go with my Wave Soundtouch.

A cursory search found it £22 cheaper at Thurgo, a firm I've used twice before, with free next day delivery.

Hmm, I wonder who will pay nearly £600 for a glorified bedside radio?! LOOOOOOOOOOOOL!

That guest is not selling it to me. He seems more like a car thief than a technology expert.

That guy has the poorest diction I have ever heard on QVC. Awful!

Kinda That's all he seems to say, even when things are DEFINITELY something he always says Kinda. Aaaargh
It drives me mad. I like Bose and want to learn about the technology and how to get the best from the units, but
his vocabulary is so limited I learn very little. Agree that bluetooth should be standard in their music systems,
especially at those prices.

Just ordered this in their sale, for £30 less than Q, free PP.

It has Bluetooth AND Soundtouch wifi wireless connections.

Only really interested because I already have a Bose Soundtouch system, so will be able to listen to worldwide internet radio anywhere in my house, also stream music from my iPad anywhere in the house, without having the 10m Bluetooth restrictions.

And I can also stream music from other devices via Bluetooth.

That is my justification to myself for buying it.

As usual, I was introduced to it on Q then bought it elsewhere, but Q still cost me money !

we held a party for my grandaughter last year and the bose did really fill the hall. oddly i found it sounded better than in my front room

I've now bought 2, they become internet radios with your wifi.

Q price £169-99

Price of my first one £140 after negotiating £8 off. This came with " £15 off your next purchase" so second cost £133.

Total saving for both compared with Q about £67.

The irony is, I bought them after seeing what they could do on Q.

I can now have the same music in every room in Strato Towers, from anywhere in the world.
