I would never buy a squirrel proof feeder, I love my squirrels and buy monkey nuts especially for them and the blackbirds. Not sure what folks have against them at all.

Does anyone remember the TSV price of the TC socks? I bought a pack but it just shows the current price when I look back. Though it might be the same price as the TSV!

I'm thinking of getting another pack as they're the only socks that have been long enough to get to my knee comfortably. They also stay put! I don't know about the compression they claim. They give some around the foot and ankle but not up the leg.

this latest pack hasn't shrunk in the wash, unlike the first pack I bought.

I also buy tubs of peanuts for the squirrels and any birds that spot them as they’re hanging from a branch in my oak tree. I’d love to feed all the birds but there are so many neighbouring cats that I don’t want to entice birds into my garden only for them to be terrorised by feline visitors.

I love watching the squirrels perform their gymnastics to get to the nuts at the bottom of the container.
