I have thin/fine hair, noticeably so over the last 18 months - its scary when you wash your hair and barely feel anything when your hair is wet ! I've read various reasons, ie menopause, lack of Vit D or Iron, thyroid issues etc etc. I did buy one of the laser combs, but didn't like the 'tingling', so abandoned that. Also 6 months is a lifetime to wait for any results, I want immediate results for that sort of money - though realistically it aint gonna happen.

I often see a lady who seems to have a receding hairline and a very prominent wide parting. Unfortunately she dyes her hair a bright red which emphasis the scalp which shines like a beacon whereas another acquaintance keeps her hair a soft blond which makes it far less noticeable.
