Is it just me who can't add anything to my basket? Web site is working fine but as soon as I try to buy - nothing :wonder:
My basket's up the Swanee too BB and, yes, there has been some tinkering with the IT already and it's broke! IT was Gems' strong point - emphasis on was :headbang: xxxxx

What have you been buying Argey? IT problems are saving me money and CC seems to be happy hiding in the dark
A couple of the little eggies and one or two (?) bits from the web clearance, but the final warnings are coming in now so I'll be losing some. Hopefully, if I haven't lost all interest, I'll get another chance as I don't think I have the last of anything so far. Technology that doesn't work drives me crackers and makes me very irritable, so if baskets aren't back to normal by tomorrow I guess I'll have to call it a day for my brain's sake. I had to give up on Rocks because of all the IT probs so I don't hold out much hope I'm afraid. When it's something I can tinker with myself I'll go at it for hours, but I hate it when things are out of my control. I wasted an age yesterday trying to fix it, thinking it could be me and not getting a reply from CS about it after I e-mailed. xxxxx

Thank you Sarah, I'm sure that naughty boy of yours said they had tried to change the delivery. Perhaps I misunderstood.
I can manage the phone with my headset and some organisation, but obviously don't want it on all day, and cannot compete on the phone due to tremor and splinted hands. There are a number of us wobbly/crippy folk here (I know because I introduced them here and to Rocks) and a fully working website is important for us. I just say this so's you know I'm not just being whingey for the sake of a good moan. You'll understand how sad it is for me to see my "full basket" warning disappear as no doubt are the contents.

My idea of bliss would be a quiet day, some pocket money and two windows open, one logged into Rocks and the other on Gems.
