Anyone recommend a throat cream? advice appreciated

BTW the women I know with this problem are all heavy smokers.

To be fair Deirdre's wrinkles are mainly down to the stress of Tracey. Also, all that bending her head down whilst working on the pottery wheel can't be helping her neck.

I've been using Judith Williams Phtomineral 24H all in one day and night cream on my decollette with good results ie crepey neck skin much smoother. But the skin on my chest is slightly freckly from too much sun exposure - does anyone know of a cream that will whiten the area?
