I had a reply to my email:

"I am sorry for the concern my previous email caused. I would like to assure you that we never place an item on auto-delivery without a guarantee that stock will arrive for the remaining shipments. On this occasion there was slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances, however I am happy to confirm that the next shipment of the Grandmas Kitchen Candles is in process and will arrive by the 28th October".

Therefore, I am expecting my AD in the next week...

My AD has been dispatched today. I've had an email from QVC.

Rosa also tweeted this morning thanking people for alerting them to the glitch, it's all sorted now & orders are being dispatched.
