I agree in part Burlz, def no point eating the same crap and exercising, you will tone up a bit but not lose any weight, although if you don't exercise at the mo then most likely you will see a difference as your body will be shocked by it!

As they always say, a healthy, calorie controlled diet plus regular exercise is the only way to lose weight and keep it off!

My attention this time, as I have to lose weight for my wedding, is to exercise in regular doses, ie the 20 min workout most days, one day off and the cardio workout one day and the tone/scuplt workout on the last day.

As you burn more calories your body will want more food, key is to fill up on healthy stuff and forgot the treats (I know its pure torture!). Its common sense, we all know it but comfort eating is a hard hard habit to break!
