Thanks Ani, interesting news about Microclense, wonder if they manage to improve it and hopefully not spoil the formula. Now it becomes clear why it's in the bargain section.
Also looking forward to any new kits other than the TSV, wanting one with the essential hydration moisturiser in it.

the problem i have with alpha h is they are very boring re what they put in tsv's. its like a grudge act with them. they never do a complete system. cleanser, eye gel and liquid gold. they do excellent masks, scrubs, liquid gold and glycolic moisturisers but none in recent tsv's

I doubt it. I see the heavy hand of QVC - "we only want your best-sellers".

i think they are killing the brand its so expensive all of a sudden. i love this barnd been buying for many years wont now because its not competitavely priced. compare it to elemis tsv's

I'm not sure that's true. Recent TSVs around £30 containing trios of things like 200ml exfoliator (ie Liquid Gold), 50ml eye cream and 200ml cleanser. Per ml for what you're getting works out better to how many ml's you get in Elemis's TSVs which are around £50.
Also most Elemis TSVs contain at least one or two body items, so you normally only get 2 or 3 facial skincare items anyway.

Elemis does nothing for my skin, infact it makes me spotty as hell. I see nothing in it other than fancy smelling ingredients for a ridiculous price. But fair enough to those who like it :) I just don't think you can say it's a more competatively priced brand than Alpha H :)

I agree. I think the Alpha-H TSVs are very good value, price is always around £30, one was even under that.

you just cant compare the elemis tsv's with the alpha h ones. different ball game. but i would like to see a full size moisturiser in thier tsv instead of a cheap cleanser, and eye product. not good enough. and with postage its still £35. elemis (dont use it ruins my skin) but if you love it you are spoilt with the routines you get

I've looked on their own website again and was gob smacked at how really expensive they are becoming so QVC seemed very competitive all over sudden.

I see your point but I think i would rather pay £30 for 3 products I know work for me and that I use every day, than a larger amount with products that I might not use because they don't work for me, that's not good value.

That said, I remember a couple of years ago Alpha H did some great kits with 4 or 5 pieces that included a moisturiser and it was a bit more fun/indulgent receiving those :)

They've always been more expensive on their website, it's not the place to buy their products. Beauty websites and QVC have always been cheaper.

The brand was really cheap compared to other brands when it first came to Q but now the prices are getting quite high IMHO

Of the really "active" skincare brands on QVC, they are still very affordable. Comparing their prices with Perricone or Murad is probably more appropriate than comparing with Elemis or Decleor.

the thing is with alpha h the only really active ingredient is the glycolic acid which i like. i dont want a spa brand thats uses known irritants to get the sensory experience. it used to be a great non irritating no frills no puff brand. now its still no frills but they are imo overcharging. michelle always said it would be affordable.

maybe alpha h believe that but imo its never been marketed like maurad or perricone. perricone is cheaper even than alpha h if you get it on other shopping channels and its a full size kit with a full routine. anyone selling an eye gel as the main big item in a tsv is not serious

I bought a Murad collection from Boots several years ago , it was crap lol

I bought the last Alpha H TSV on autodelivery (2 deliveries but I thought was 3) I really like the Balancing cleanser & have bought more, it has taken me away from C&P & I think better value. Also like the Liquid Gold which I use 1/2 times a week. Before the TSV in August can anyone recommend any other products? I am late 60's & do have some pigmentation other than that not bad for my age!

From what Michelle has said it's the Liquid Laser products and from the reviews it seems that the Balm gives the best results.
I own the Liquid Laser Concentrate and I see the results but I think it's a bit drying and also I'm currently outside of the age bracket that Michelle has recommended but ordered it at the Anniversary show when it was free P&P. I think that in one of the reviews on Liquid Gold Perfecting Day Wear someone said that pigmentation was disappearing and I think that the Vitamin C is good for this too but I don't own either of the two products perhaps someone else can come to help.

Are there any news as of which cleanser will be part of the TSV in addition to the new eye cream and the Liquid Gold?

Will we ever get a TSV without the LG, but instead with cleanser, moisturiser, eye cream or serum?

I hope so because LG really dries my skin out, shame as I like their other products.
