Akos laundry sheets

Has anyone given them a go? Iv seen a few demonstrations today and was very tempted but after the disaster of the ecoegg, I am a bit reluctant, still its not a lot of money so might try them. My main reason is not the money but the rinsing, I have such a problem with rinsing, I do the extra rinse but still a lot of residues in the final rinse, so Im tempted. I don't know which fragrance to get.

Anyone tried the other products? I must say I like the man and his demonstrations are great.

I'm of the opinion if they were that great an invention, QVC would not be flogging them.

I hated it. And it cost a fortune to return, as it's heavy. Cost you even more, today. Maybe 'washing' the clothes every so often without any soap, will get rid of the residue. I do that. x GnarlySnarly

Just ordered the fresh scent one. I had to try it myself plus I want more Debbie G in the evenings!

They're ok (I got the fragrance free ones) and seem to clean clothes ok but I've just had to clear the filter on my washer/dryer because one of the wipes had blocked the filter. This is a major upheaval of the kitchen involving the removal of the entire base board and ensuring that our house rabbit doesn't get to the wires under the cupboards or indeed get trapped under there as we replace the board after draining all the water out of the machine! I'll use these up but have to put the wipe inside a mesh zipped bag to stop this happening again!

I'll go back to using wash balls after they're used up.

Also they aren't a patch on the old Stainz r Out banana oil laundry wipes which were fabulous and could be used for virtually any cleaning job, not just in the washing machine (JML sold these a few years ago but are no longer available, though they still sell the stainz r out liquid)

I bought some ages ago and most of the tub is still sitting under the sink because they didn't do the astounding job they are supposed to do, in my opinion. So I've gone back to using washballs (not from QVC. :wink

I brought a pack of something similar from the local discount store for 59p yes 40 sheets for 59p.
I use them for when I need to just do a quick wash to "freshen up" rather than for a full dirty wash.
They work fine for that but I wouldn't want to use them on all of my washing.

Oh Im a bit well underwhelmed, bit still kind of excited, somties you have to see for yourself, as much as I take reviews into consideration. It wasn't a huge outlay although its surprising how these £15 ish products add up.

I would be a bit wary of using sheets, as a few years ago i used a sheet stain catcher and ended up blocking filter of my machine. mechanic advised not to use. so i now use a dye grabber cloth from lakeland.

Exactly the problem I had this weekend, a filter blocked with a laundry sheet so I'm just going to put them inside a mesh lingerie bag to use them up.

Arrived today, am pleased with the first load. Clean and fresh. Will be interested to see if results hold up, especially over white washes. Am surprised the fragrance is there at the end, wasn't expecting this at all.

Same happened here!!!

We used Dye Magnets, mum got them in the US and then QVC sold them, it was first item she bought from QVC and now we get them from Lakeland.
