Yes it was Miss M, but Trent sorted it, and made me another, FedEx thought he'd be able to 'fix' it. It took him months of haggling with them, but he eventually got his money back !!!

wot on earth are DPD doing to their packages? you might possibly expect damage/holes to the plastic envelopes, but the contents inside boxes....???

am sorry to read of more disappointment. hope the replacement items come through swiftly and damage-free.
