I also noticed that web buyers cant snatch the £1 items......either they need to advertise that or do £1 for phone buyers separate to £1 games for web buyers like myself!

Now Liv's just been going on about web buyers. There were 2 of something left and she was saying 'please check out, web buyers, so many miss out blah blah' - - - -If there are only 2 of something then we can't buy on the web anyway!

And apparently Fiona had 34 of something and so many people didn't check out that other people missed out - what does that mean? We don't have to check out straight away.

It's Blame the Web Buyers time.

I had a ring in my basket that I hadn't checked out (won on a forward bid) so I removed it.

By the way, even if you buy on the phone and it goes straight to order, you can still delete it at any time before it's shipped (or you used to be able to anyway - there was a 'delete line' option), because you haven't been charged. As nothing's going to ship over the weekend, all those phone buyers are just as capable of changing their minds over the next 36 hours or so.

I hzve to say that I've been very frustrated with Gems today too. If they are going to do massive promo things (which now seem to be unavailable to web players) they need to make sure that their website can handle it!!! I've missed out on so much today because their website is just not keeping up - really slow refreshing, really slow registering the buy it button................. I bought some maricota amblygonite this morning and after reading this forum I'm seriously considering emptying my basket completely. Hope you get your tanzanite ring MB because that really stinks!!!
