I don't know why we even need a so called 'beauty expert' these days. The BA's know their brand, so can be on with any presenter. She is superfluous to requirements.....and that's putting it nicely.

Yes, I remember one years ago. One of the guests out the back, was wearing a short fitted dress. As the evening wore on, the dress crept up higher and higher as she became ever more 'merry'. She was a tall lady who I think presented those pillow spray things, don't think she was ever seen again...

I think as long as we are cleansing our skin, it doesn't really matter what we use or how. It's all personal preference based on textures and scent of products. Micellar removes all my make up on it's own, but I always feel the need to use water on my face afterwards, it just feels cleaner if I do.

Simple micellar is the best. I use it to remove make up, and then follow with a wash off cleanser or balm. I don't really need the second step, but like to do it anyway to feel refreshed. ☺️

The best hand cream is the Aveda one, I've used it for years, nothing else is as good as that one.....in my opinion of course. Q need to sell it, in duos :)

there's a lot of 'new arrivals' listed on the Elemis site on Q. They all look like stuff they are trying to get rid of, seems like they are discontinuing quite a few products. L'occitane wielding the axe? very much like EL did when they acquired Aveda years ago.

I've used PCMC for years and love it, but can't use the spf one, it causes spots.

Drenching themselves in Youth Dew, that will take a week and a lot of showers to get rid of the smell :sick: Regarding old stock ANR.......one reviewer posted that she'd received a bottle that was 7 years old 😮

Don't forget the complaints about their last tsv. Bottles of the ANR serum were years old, and Q had to send out returns labels to those who discovered this.

I was in Boots on Saturday, long queues at the self serve tills, so I asked the girl on the No7 counter to serve me. She said it was £7 Saturday....eye creams were £7 each instead of the usual price. She recommended the Restore & Renew one to me, usual price £22.95. I haven't used No7 in years...

That toothbrush is excellent, I got mine from Boots last year, it was a really good offer price on the lead up to Christmas. The normal Oral B brush heads won't fit though, the i0 ones are a specific shape to fit the handle. Highly recommend.

Thanks for replying. I've just read the reviews, quite a few saying that the serum is sticky and doesn't sink in easily, so not going to bother with this. Will carry on using my EL ANR, which is hard to beat. I think we all get a bit curious about other products from time to time though. :)

Does anyone know if these products are overly scented please? I can't use anything too perfumed on my face.
