I am listening to Angeline and I am horrified. She keeps repeating that people can buy her Angelite to remember those who have passed. Galvanised by her, people keep messaging in their stories of love and loss. Isn't this exploiting the bereaved to sell? How can this be ethical?
And it makes me laugh because they keep saying "best birthday ever". Are they amazing liars to be able to say that with a straight face or are they actually deluded?
I only started watching in January 2022, but I can say Gemporia has declined massively since then. Today I was looking at my jewellery collection and thinking that nowadays we simply don't see beautiful 9k gold jewellery from Gemporia and variety of stones even less
When I started watching Gemporia, you could learn something from the presenters. Now you have presenters like Lindsey repeating the same empty meaningless words and sentences over and over again.
I am sure she is a lovely person, but she is a terrible presenter. It says a great deal about Gemporia's current state of disarray that she was chosen as the new prime time presenter!
I couldn't refrain from laughing at this: While selling mercury mystic topaz, Lindsay kept calling it a "miracle". Good grief, the level of nonsense is staggering. And have you tried counting the amount of times she says "as quickly as you can/ as quickly as possible"?
So do you believe Steve etc when they say that the reason why they cannot get hold of gemstones is because there are not as many available in the world?
Even I know that! All of them give inaccurate information, so I am very intrigued about GIA's qualifications. The other day Emily said that "all lapis lazuli is dyed, that's just standard". Has she forgotten that lapis has been used as a pigment for thousands of years?
I wonder who is buying these things. It honestly intrigues me. It seems that regardless of how absurd or even insulting thing Gemporia tries to sell, it always finds someone to buy it
I really like Kate, so I was horrified by how easily she extolled the value of fissure filled rubies. I know several people who, trusting their claims, bought fissure filled rubies from Gemporia only to later learn that they are basically worthless.
