I would quote the sale of goods act, which states that goods must be fit for purpose, or words along those lines. it should certainly last longer than 6 months. i don't think you will have a problem-ask for a supervisor and don't give in.

I agree with her sentiment, but she needs to improve her own grammar. If I hear her say "you are watching QVC with MYSELF, ALISON YOUNG" once more, I shall scream!!!! Why can't people just use the word "ME", in the correct context? It's as though she thinks the use of "ME" is grammatically...

Perhaps Ali has asked them not to make a fuss on air? We don't know, really, and the fact that she came on air briefly suggests to me that they want to handle it in whatever way suits Ali. QVC, whatever we think sometimes, does come across to me as a genuinely great place to work and a family...

I have to say it looks like a poor quality necklace. I thought the 10-11cm Keishi necklace in black looked better, for less money.

I was really impressed by her suggestions and different ideas for using the products. Ali seemed to like her, but then I am convinced that Ali and Liz detest each other, so she was probably just relieved not to have Liz there!
