My hair is fine and I agree with the majority of the comments - it really doesn't do much (if anything) for me at all. I can't see any difference in using it to not using it.

In most cases they're just a front for something designed by others. Kelly Hoppen admitted as much when she didn't seem to know much about the QVC range. Also much of the Amanda Lamb range of luggage was merely Travelon with her name on it. Money for old rope - as we say in Yorkshire!

I'm grateful this has been raised because otherwise I wouldn't have known. Mine was a pink and it definitely didn't "sonic" I'm getting a replacement. It's going to be another pink (CS wouldn't change the colour), so hopefully the new one will be OK. Thanks to all for putting me right on...

But what is the "certain age" you're supposed to reach in order to qualify for scaring witless by AY into needing all these products? I got the new site after I'd cleared down all history/cookies/temp files etc on IE (I was doing that before I knew about the QVC site anyway). Then I had to type the URL into the search bar and - hey presto - new site. Wish I hadn't now, it seems much slower to load.

Bit off topic but that model agency thread had quite a few of the QVC regulars on. Tiffany (Suchard) is on twice (p2 and p18). One DOB is 21/1/1957 and the other is given as 12/12/1955!!
