If you want really good scented candles, you can't go wrong with Lily Flame. John Lewis sell them online for about £7 each with free delivery, and they smell beautiful. I especially like the Freshly Cut Grass one, and some of the Christmas scents sound great but not tried them yet.

Ours usually arrive by a Royal Mail van and we get something delivered several times a week without problem. It's only the QVC orders that haven't arrived, nothing else, so I don't think it's the delivery man.

I've never had a problem with QVC's deliveries before but have now had two orders not arrive in the last month. This can be a real hassle as you have to wait for the declaration form and then the refund/replacement takes absolutely ages to be sorted. Is this happening to anyone else or have I...

I've got a couple of things that they say were posted on the 10th November and still no sign. Add to that two Leighton Denny products that simply didn't arrive in October and the postage from QVC is looking less and less reliable. They are not exactly quick with the refunds either, still not...

Jill Franks is too thin and I hate the way she gasps after everything she says she is really annoying. I really like Pippa and Dale they make me smile and don't have any annoying habits. :)

I can't stand Alison Young she just never stops talking. She was on with Stacey from Models Prefer and Alison hardly let her get a word in edgeways and I'm sure Stacey knows more about her products than she does. Just shut up please Alison!
